📋 Booking Policy Summary
  • $100 refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund.
  • Indoor backup required for all outdoor events — we do not set up in rain or high winds. If no indoor backup is available, the event may be cancelled.
  • No shoes, food, or drinks are permitted on or around the soft play equipment. Sharp objects and face paint must stay away from the mats.
  • Damage liability: The renter is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Fill out the booking request form above with your event details and preferred date. Once we receive your request we'll reach out within 24–48 hours to confirm availability. Your date is officially reserved once the $100 security deposit has been received.
Yes — a $100 security deposit is required to hold your date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due in full prior to setup on the day of your event. The deposit is fully refundable as long as you cancel more than 48 hours before your event.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your event are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event forfeit the deposit. We understand life happens — please reach out as early as possible so we can do our best to work with you.
For outdoor events, you are responsible for having an indoor backup location available in case of inclement weather. If no indoor backup is available and the event cannot go on, we can reschedule within 6 months based on availability — your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date.
Our equipment is designed specifically for children ages 0–5 years old. Adult supervision (18+) is required at all times during the rental. We also ask that children of similar size and ability play together to keep everything safe.
Absolutely! Professional delivery, setup, and takedown are included in every package. We arrive early to get everything set up and sanitized before your event begins, and we return at the end to pack everything up — you don't have to lift a finger. Please note that locations outside of 30 miles may require an additional travel fee.
To keep the equipment safe and clean for everyone, the following are not permitted:
  • Food, drinks, gum, or candy inside the play area
  • Face paint, glitter, confetti, silly string, slime, or bubbles
  • Shoes on the mats (socks are required)
  • Pets inside or around the play area
  • Open flames, grills, or heaters within 50 feet
  • Roughhousing, flips, or pushing
The renter is responsible for any damage, excessive soiling, or missing equipment beyond normal wear and tear. The $100 security deposit will be applied toward any damage costs and returned within 5 business days after pickup if everything is in good condition.
